The Successful Candidate will reporting to the CEU InnovationsLab Director, program co-ordinator will be required to perform all daily administrative job related to the daily operation of the CEU InnovationsLab. The staff member will be hired at the Coordinator or Assistant level, depending on level of experience.

 Duties and responsibilities:

 Administrative Tasks

  • Administer CEU iLab’s budget, liase with CEU Departments
  • Administer CEU InnovationsLab courses
  • Organise CEU InnovationsLab events
  • Liase with coaches, mentors, teams
  • Administer CEU InnovationsLab facility related matters
  • Schedule applications interviews, review meetings, workshops
  • Create CEU InnovationsLab program documentation (e.g.  agreements, financial application forms,  evaluation forms,  assessment forms);
  • Gather and systematically organize documentation related to the iLab operation,
  • Research grant opportunities and perform related administration, working closely with other CEU administrative units as necessary;

Program Development and Social Media Tasks

  • Work with iLab Director to manage iLab applications
  • Manage CEU InnovationsLab social media content and postings (website, FB, Twitter, Linkedin)
  • Work with Director to create mentorship programs and maintain outreach relationship.
  • Support Director’s liaison efforts and partnerships with other CEU administrative units dealing with internships;
  • Coordinate student communication efforts, including capstone and field project program deadlines and procedures;
  • Serve as point-person within the CEU InnovationsLab on iLab related information, responsible for proactive research and best-practice information gathering;
  • Serve as an integral member of the CEU InnovationsLab, collaborating with other careers office staff on events and activities throughout the year.

Qualifications:

 Mandatory

  • University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience (e.g. managing data, working with a budget)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills (written and oral)
  • IT familiarity: office applications, web editing, databases & professional media
  • Ability to organize and disseminate information, tailoring as necessary to diverse target groups
  • Comfort working in a highly international and diverse environment

 Assets:

  •  Project management experience,
  • Knowledge of Hungarian
  • Work experience in the higher education or recruitment field
  • SAP/Infosys software experience

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience as well as a dynamic and international academic environment. The initial contract is for 1 year with the possibility of renewal.
