 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Communicating and coordinating with LLM, MA, Exchange  students
  • Providing day-to-day assistance to LLM, MA, Exchange  students
  • Communicating and coordinating with Faculty members
  • Maintaining the E-learning site of the department
  • Overseeing the course registrations
  • Organizing the preparation and distribution of readers
  • Organizing public events of the department (workshops, public lectures etc.)
  • Assisting the student and faculty evaluation process in each term
  • Assisting the student and faculty in MA/LLM thesis related tasks
  • Other department-related tasks assigned by the Head of Department and the Program Chairs

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Hungarian (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent oral communication and writing skills
  • A thorough knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Previous administrative experience, previous higher education experience is an advantage
  • Web design skills (preferable)
  • University Degree
  • Flexibility in working hours 
  • Multicultural orientation and open-mindedness
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in creative problem-solving
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize
  • Strong work ethic, including working independently and in groups, ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience as well as a dynamic and international academic environment. The initial contract is for a definite period of one year, with a possibility for renewal.
